Muhammad Zafrulla Khan was Foreign Minister of Pakistan, from 1947 to 1954, Judge of the International Court of Justice at the Hague from 1954 to 1961 (Vice-President, 1958-1961), President of the Seventeenth Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations (1962-1963), Judge of the International Court of Justice, from 1964 to 1973 (Presient, 1970-1973).
