Q. Is my credit card secure here?
Your credit card transactions are secure on this site as we use INTERNET SECURE for all our credit card payment processing. You can click on the INTERNETSECURE Certified Merchant logo at the bottom of this page to verify.
Q. Can I pay using bank cheque/draft or money order?
We only accept credit card orders online. To order using cheque or money order please contact us via postal mail. When you send your order by postal mail, please include the list of books you are ordering and your complete mailing address.
Q. Are the prices in Canadian Dollars?
Yes, all the prices on our store are in Canadian Dollars.
Q. I placed an order, when will I receive the books?
You can track the status of your orders online. Login to My Account and click on your order number to see the status of your order. Once your order status changes, you will receive an email from our online store.
Q. Is that book available with you?
We will keep on updating the books on the store. If it is available, it will appear on the store. If it is out of stock, it will not be available on the store. So keep visiting this web site and/or create an account with us at My Account and we will send you an email when new books arrive.
Q. I am facing problem placing order! Can you help?

Q. I am not in Canada, can I place an order?
No, we only ship within Canada. Please use our sister site Alislam Store for placing orders from out of Canada.
